The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athlete experience. SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes’ lives on the University of Montana campus.

Mission Statement
Â
The mission of the University of Montana Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is to enhance the student-athlete experience by acting as the liaison between the student-athletes, the community and the athletic department, helping foster a positive student-athlete image by encouraging and exemplifying community involvement, good sportsmanship and academic excellence, as well as protecting the student-athlete welfare.
