Keaton Johnson was hired as Director of Recruiting in May of 2022. The 2025 season will be his fourth as a full-time staff member at his alma mater.
He oversees all on-campus recruiting, handles official and unofficial visits and coordinates recruiting logistics with staff members. He also works alongside marketing team and coaching staff on all recruitment material.
Johnson previously worked on the Grizzly football staff from 2019-2021 as a student assistant in recruitment and operations.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Montana in 2021. He grew up in Seeley Lake, and is a lifelong Griz fan
