Montana women's tennis advances into finals in Boise

Grizzly women's tennis continued another day of successful tennis on the courts at Boise State on Saturday. Montana completed day two of the Jack Taylor Classic with several players earning a spot in the final matches of the tournament on Sunday. Laurence Pelchat won her quarterfinal match and then defeated Mollie Cooper from Colorado State in the semifinals to progress to the finals of the orange (second) flight. Mackenzie Rozell won her semifinal match against Liana Bates from Boise for a spot in the white (third) flight finals. Precious Gbadamosi played inspired tennis in her semifinal round of the blue flight but fell to Marlena Pietzuch from Boise State. Maddy Murray and Rozell won their semifinal match against Teal Vosburgh and Manuela Pietzuch from Boise for a spot in the orange doubles flight final. Ashley Mackey and Gbadamosi played a tough match losing to Boise teammates Sandy Vo and Marlena Pietzuch in their semifinal match in the blue flight.
