AAA to offer charter for Montana vs. Eastern Washington football game

Football fans can join the Montana Grizzlies as they head to Cheney, Washington to take on the Eastern Washington Eagles in the Inferno on September 29.

"The Griz fan charter is a great option for fans if they are considering going to the game. The charter includes transportation, hotel and a ticket to the game," explained AAA spokeswoman Kaelyn Kelly. Accommodations are provided by Northern Quest Resort and Casino, the official Spokane hotel and resort partner of Grizzly Athletics.

The price of the charter is:

- $289 for single occupancy

- $199 per person for double occupancy

- $189 per person for triple occupancy

- $179 per person for quadruple occupancy

Passengers must book together to take advantage of discounted occupancy rates.

Fans can also book the charter by visiting or by calling a AAA travel agent at 406-829-5500.

The charter will depart from Missoula on Saturday, September 29 from the AAA Parking lot at approximately 7:30 AM and return Sunday, September 30 around 5 p.m. "This is a great way for Griz nation to support the team. The arrangements have been coordinated to offer an affordable, stress-free option for fans," added Kelly.

AAA Travel has arranged charters for the past four championship games that the Griz have played in. "Our travel agency enjoys working on the fan charters, and our past travelers have been more than satisfied," said Hanley.
