HIGH SCHOOL: He was a two time first team all-state selection at offensive tackle at Bozeman High School...he started at left tackle for the Hawks in their 2010 State AA title, 13-0 season... team captain his senior year...voted "Hawk of the Year" in 2011...tabbed defensive MVP in football as a senior...chosen "Outstanding Lineman" in 2010 and 2011...played in both the East-West Shrine Game and Montana-Dakota All-Star Game...his high school football coach was Troy Purcell...named to Great Falls Tribune "Super Team"...also lettered in track.
