QUOTING HEAD COACH MICK DELANEY: "Stephen will be a young man who certainly has a future at the next level, if he continues to work like he has. There's no doubt in my mind that he will be ranked somewhere near the top of all of the punters in the country this fall. He has a tremendous amount of ability. Mentally he's developed into a guy who can handle that position. He's going to be a great weapon with what I think is going to be an outstanding defense and an outstanding punter. That makes a huge difference in the course of a game."
