MONTANA: John is the starter job at left tackle.

2012: He saw considerable action and started in the last two games on the season at left tackle.

2011: He was a Griz redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: He was named first team all-state at offensive tackle and second team at defensive end his senior year at Senior High School...also named all-conference on offense and defense as a senior...was a three-year starter..named to Great Falls Tribunes's "Super State Team"...his prep coach was former Griz football player Mark Sulser (1987-88)...served as team captain his senior season...an academic all-state selection.
