He was an honorable mention All-Big Sky Conference selection. 2011: He played in all 14 games and was the team's 16th leading tackler, despite not starting. 2010: His career was put on hold this season as he recovered from off-season surgery and he redshirted. He would have been the team's 10th leading returning tackler. 2009: He saw considerable action as a true freshman playing in 14 games (he did not play in the UC Davis game due to injury). He was 17th on the team with 30 tackles. He was tied with two other players for the fourth most interceptions on the team with two. HIGH SCHOOL: He was a three-year football letterman at Bozeman High School...an all-state and all-conference selection as a senior...team captain in 2008...all-conference pick as a junior...his high school coach was Troy Purcell. CAREER HIGHS: He had 19 tackles against Montana State in 2012, and he had 10 or more tackles in six games that season. He had 15 tackles against Northern Arizona last season and 14 versus Southern Utah. PERSONAL: His parents are Tina and Christopher Coyle of Bozeman. His major is business (marketing).
