Montana: Shawn was moved from offensive guard to defensive tackle prior to fall camp of 2012.

2011: He missed the season because of an injury.

2010: He was a redshirt at UM.

High School: He was all-state at all-conference at offensive tackle as a senior at local Sentinel High School...was team captain in football his senior year, when the Spartans advanced to the state playoffs...an all-conference selection in football as a junior...earned three letters in football, two in wrestling, and one in track...his prep football coach was Pete Joseph.
