Eighth annual Homecoming Hustle coming in September

The Montana track and field program will hold the eighth annual Homecoming Hustle on Saturday, Sept. 26. The Homecoming Hustle is a five-kilometer race/walk taking place shortly before the Homecoming parade and using the same route.

The Homecoming Hustle starts at 9:55 a.m., the parade at 10 a.m.

The course starts downtown at the corner of Higgins and Main streets, follows the parade route to campus, goes through Washington-Grizzly Stadium and finishes at the stadium's pregame tailgate area.

The race fee is $25 and includes a race t-shirt. Proceeds help support the Griz track and field teams.

Online registration ends at noon on Thursday, Sept. 24. After that time, registration will only be available in person at packet pickup.

Packet pickup and late registration will take place at Run Wild Missoula, located in the basement of the Runner's Edge (304 N. Higgins) from 3-6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, and from 8-9:30 a.m. on race day.
