GROUP FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Grizzly Football Split-the-Pot Ticket Sellers
- Shift starts 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and goes through the 3rd quarter.
- Sellers are allowed to stay and watch the 4th quarter after they check out.
Grizzly Football Parking Lot Attendants
- Shift starts around 7-9:00 a.m. and goes until 15 minutes after kickoff.
- Attendants are allowed to come in on a pass list and watch the remainder of the game once their shift concludes.
Grizzly Football Clean-Up Clubs
- Group handpicks garbage from a specific area of the stadium directly after the game.
- Attendants are allowed to come in on a pass list after the start of the 4th quarter to watch and be onsite for clean up when the game ends.
- Additional opportunity available on Sundays after each game using backpack leaf vacs to finish clean up.
Groups must commit to the whole season (seven Saturdays with the potential for up to three post-season games).
Payments will be made to the group as a whole and not individuals.
We ask that a group commits to providing a certain number of people for each game. They don’t have to be the same people, but depending on the job some consistency can benefit both us and the club or workers.
We like for groups to commit 10 or more people for each game, but we work with several smaller groups as well.
We also ask for one contact person for the whole season and it is great if the contact person is one of the workers at each game.
